Overview
Finance founder, Wiley author, and applied AI operator focused on turning frontier models into working systems for financial teams. Founded and exited Raen Trading after building its trader evaluation software, AI operating workflows, training architecture, and partner relationships. Strong fit for Every’s finance AI consulting practice: credible with finance clients, hands-on with agentic systems, and comfortable teaching complex workflows to non-technical teams.
Why this role
I’m pursuing the finance vertical at Every because it’s the work I just finished doing on myself. At Raen, I didn’t bolt AI onto a trading firm — I rebuilt the operating layer around it: support, inbox, research, mentorship, curriculum, internal coordination, plus the trader evaluation platform we shipped with a quant and a designer. Every is selling that transition to clients. I can bring finance credibility, hands-on agentic implementation, and a written track record of teaching complex process to non-technical operators.
This is a fit move, not a comp move — I just exited Raen, so I’m choosing what comes next. Small team of early adopters. Builder/writer DNA. The explicit bet that the next decade goes to teams who manage AI agents as effectively as they manage people. Every is where I want to do that work.
Selected Systems
Agentic operating system
Implemented AI agents across support, inbox workflows, mentorship operations, research, curriculum production, and internal coordination.
Finance knowledge engine
Building a Python / LangGraph system that converts research papers, articles, and transcripts into reusable, stress-tested knowledge primitives.
Trader evaluation platform
Worked with quants, developers, and designers to evaluate real trade data through risk-adjusted analytics instead of headline P&L.
Studies
A growing collection of interactive demos and short essays. Each study takes one idea — edge, ruin, regime, sizing, policy — and makes it visible. Pull the sliders. Watch the math behave. studies-ryanwright.vercel.app →
